Church, Cabinet Shop Find Industrial Spaces

PHOENIX-In unrelated industrial lease deals involving Grubb & Ellis broker Marc Hetzberg, Betel Ministries takes 8,050 sf at 3035 W. Thomas Rd. while Custom Cabinets leases 7,490 sf at 2224 W. Desert Cove.

PHOENIX-Betel Ministries has leased 8,050 sf of general industrial space at3035 W. Thomas Rd., an expansion for the West Phoenix-based church. In an unrelated deal, Saguaro Custom Cabinets has leased 7,490 sf at the Desert Cove Industrial Center at 2224 W. Desert Cove.

Marc Hetzberg and Gary Anderson, brokers with the industrial division of Grubb & Ellis, represented the owner of the industrial space, Americal Properties. Americal is based in California. Tim Keck with RE/MAX Integrity represented Betel Ministries.

Previously, Saguaro leased space in Deer Valley. The company doubled its size in its new space, says Hetzberg, who handled the transaction. Hetzberg not only represented Saguaro Custom Cabinets, but also represented Irmas Industrial, the building’s owner, during the lease negotiations.
