Previously, Saguaro leased space in Deer Valley. The companydoubled its size in its new space, says Hetzberg, who handled thetransaction. Hetzberg not only represented Saguaro Custom Cabinets,but also represented Irmas Industrial, the building's owner, duringthe lease negotiations.
