Vignette, which develops and sells software that helps itsclients manage their Web sites, has moved from those buildings andfrom the 121,000-sf Barton Oaks Plaza III to Barton Skyway II.
The CB Richard Ellis deal was done directly with the landlord,Prentiss Properties Inc., which terminated its deal with Vignette.At 1601 S. MoPac Expressway, Barton Skyway II is a four-storybuilding with 195,270 sf.
