MIAMI-The Prudential Insurance Co. of America has sold Promenade Shops, a 293,000 sf community shopping center in the Aventura area of suburban Miami, to an affiliate of Fort Lauderdale, FL-based Gumberg Asset Management Corp. for $25.5 million, or $87 per sf.

Built in 1988, the center is located at the northeast corner of Ives Dairy Road and Biscayne Boulevard. Anchor tenants include a Marshalls Megastore, Winn-Dixie Supermark, Michaels Arts & Crafts and Circuit City. Sonnenblick-Goldman Co. represented the seller in the transaction.
