MIAMI-An undisclosed affiliate of Fort Lauderdale, FL-based Gumberg Asset Management Corp. paid Prudential Insurance Co. of America $87 per sf for the 13-year-old, 293,000 sf property in the Aventura area of north Miami.

Built in 1988, the center is located at the northeast corner ofIves Dairy Road and Biscayne Boulevard. Anchor tenants include aMarshalls Megastore, Winn-Dixie Supermark, Michaels Arts &Crafts and Circuit City. Sonnenblick-Goldman Co. represented theseller in the transaction.
