The Tollgrade transaction completes the lease-up of thebuilding, according to Jonathan Kushner, director of leasing forSchenkman/Kushner. The three-story asset, which features an atriumlobby and a cafeteria, totals 140,000 sf of space. Other tenantsinclude AT&T, Aventis, Russel Stanley, Agile Technologies andProfessional Detailing.
The new tenant was represented in the transaction by Ed DaCostaof CB Richard Ellis. As part of the lease agreement,Schenkman/Kushner will build out the new offices for thetenant.
The Cheswick, PA-based Tollgrade Communications producesequipment that enables telephone companies to remotely diagnoseproblems in both fiber optic and copper lines.
