Work on the five-and-a-half-story building is wrapping up withfurniture going in on the upper floors, interior construction beingcompleted on the lower floors and landscaping outside, Austincampus project manager Julie Barr tells GlobeSt.com. The buildingis on the 50-acres north Austin campus of parent IBM.

Half of Tivoli's Austin employees will occupy the new buildingand the rest, mainly development workers, will remain at the twobuildings, with a total of 120,000 sf, in the Arboretum.

The building is to be part of a seven-building complex, but thesecond phase has been postponed because of the market conditions.It is to be a six-story, 150,000-sf office and data center plus a35,000-sf cafeteria and 1,230-spot parking garage.
