"This location has long been under-utilized by Nevada Power Co.and, yet, is one of the most powerful retail corridors because ofthe population density and traffic counts," Bear says. "Theconcentration of office and medical space also makes this a greatrestaurant location. That's who we're hoping to attract."
Another project by WinMill is the Wild Oats Marketplace on thecorner of Lake Mead Boulevard and Tenaya.
"The Flamingo Corridor is a great location where many new,high-end restaurants and shops are located," WinMill DevelopmentCorp. president Loren Miller says. "And the location, near FlamingoRoad and Maryland Parkway, is the busiest non-gaming intersectionin Las Vegas."
