Komex H20 Science Inc. is planning to move its headquarters tothe Westminster location in January. The firm will occupy 19,000 sfat 5455 Garden Grove Blvd., according to the terms of the$2-million lease. It will relocate from its current headquarters at5500 Bolsa Ave. in Huntington Beach.

Westminster's office sector led off the fourth quarter with oneof the highest overall vacancy rates in the county. The overallvacancy rate here stood at 31.9%, with a sublet vacancy rate of4.4%, according to research by Cushman & Wakefield. The figurewas surpassed only by the Lake Forest and Foothill Ranch region,which reported an overall vacancy rate of 37.6% at the end of thethird quarter.
