Georgeson Takes 104,000 SF for Distribution

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ-The proxy services company has signed on at a building owned by AMB Property Corp. Trammell Crow and Insignia/ESG worked out the details.

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ-Georgeson Shareholder Communications has signed a lease for 104,418 sf of distribution space at 219 Murray Hill Parkway here. The privately held company, which provides shareholder proxy services to corporate and institutional clients throughout the U.S., will use the space to store and distribute various printed materials related to its proxy services.

Trammell Crow Co.’s New Jersey office closed the transaction on behalf of the owner of the facility, AMB Property Corp. TC’s SVP Paul Gavin and vice president Richard Van Houten were in charge of the effort. Bruce Surrey and Matt Corpuel of Insignia/ESG represented Georgeson.

The property recently received a substantial capital investment by AMB Property Corp. to prepare it for occupancy by Georgeson.
