LOS ANGELES-A group of attorneys that specializes in appellate law has signed a lease valued at about $4 million for office space inside the giant Wilshire Courtyard complex.

The law firm is Greines, Martin, Stein & Richland LLP. Terms of its six-year lease will provide the firm with 20,423 sf at the development, which stands at 5700 Wilshire Blvd.

The firm, commonly called GMSR, is perhaps best known for its work in the appellate courts. It has been counsel of record in more than 200 published appellate cases and countless more unpublished decisions.

Timothy O’Rourke, managing director in Julien J. Studley Inc.’s LA office, represented the tenant in the transaction. Toliver Morris of McCarthy Cook & Co. represented Wilshire Courtyard.

GMSR will relocate from its current home in Beverly Hills into its new space early next year, Studley’s O’Rourke says.
