Motorola Sells Four-Building Complex for $37 Mil

MANFIELD, MA-Motorola sells a four-building office complex here in the Cabot Business Park to Mansfield Forbes, LLC for $37 million. Motorola is one of the tenants at the 50-acre site, which is located at the intersection of Routes 495 and 95.

MANSFIELD, MA-Motorola sold a four building office complex here in the Cabot Business Park for $37 million. The 50-acre property was sold to Mansfield Forbes, LLC and is located at the intersection of Routes 95 and 495.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based Binswanger/CBB negotiated the sale for Motorola. Among the current tenants in the complex–which has 407,497-sf of space–are Motorola, Inc., Vanguard Managed Solutions, LLC and Tyco Healthcare Group, LP.

Mansfield Forbes, LLC, is a subsidiary of Berkeley Investments, a Boston-based real estate investment, development, and management company. Motorola is headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois and is a provider of integrated communications and embedded electronic solutions. Binswanger/CBB is a member of Chesterton Blumenauer Binswanger, an international real estate organization with over 160 offices worldwide.
