The award stems from an assignment from The Northern Trust Co.,which in addition to owning the 500,000-sf 50 S. LaSalle St., alsohad leases on space at adjoining 10 S. LaSalle St. and 181 W.Madison St. Northern Trust was leasing the space from two differentlandlords.
The Staubach team repositioned the leases at each building tocreate parallel expansion and contraction options through 2020.
Stratton and Schmidt are managing principals while Sessa is aprincipal.
