FORT MYERS, FL-Locally-based Michigan Homes Inc. has sold the 78,000 sf Robb & Stucky furniture building to Fort Lauderdale, FL-based Storage King LLC for $1.825 million or $23.40 per sf.

The building, located on a four-acre site at 2235 Colonial Blvd, will be redeveloped into an air-conditioned storage facility.

Rob Greig and Larry Foster of CB Richard Ellis Inc., Fort Myers-Naples, represented Michigan Homes.
