Keeton Construction is building the project on just over 1 ¾acres at 2710 Loker Avenue West. The $6.9 million project is ownedby Atrium Lot II LLC, a venture of Newport National/Cornerstone LLCand Buchanan Street LLC. Newport National Corp. is thedeveloper.

Chinatrust Bank USA is providing construction financing.Construction of the shell is expected in the third quarter of nextyear.

The project is the second of two buildings in the project,complimenting a 29,575-sf building next door. Business Real Estateis the leasing agent for the project, with Norm Kerlin, Mark Avillaand Justin Halenza heading the marketing team.
