Thor Construction specializes in general contracting, sitedevelopment, constructionmanagement, and design-build. The companyhas done numerous projects over the years for the University ofMinnesota. Thor recently won a $19-million contract at Fort McCoy,WI. The company also has offices in Duluth, MN, where it does allthe projects at theDuluth Air Force Base, as well as offices inAtlanta and Las Vegas.
Copeland lives with his wife and five children in WestBloomington, MN.
