In the largest of the two transactions, apparel-maker LibertyGlove Inc. leased 181,500 sf of space at 433-439 Cheryl Lane. Thespace is inside Catellus Commerce Center.

The 10-year contract is valued at $8 million. David Lin of KotaiRealty represented the tenant in the negotiations. A ColliersSeeley International team of Tom Taylor and Steve Bellittirepresented the development's owner, San Francisco-based realestate giant Catellus Development Corp.

In the other lease deal, Lee Kum Kee (USA) Inc. took 110,929 sfof industrial space at 14841 Don Julian Road. The company is one ofthe world's largest manufacturers of Oriental sauces andcondiments.
