Senior Managing Director Liz Trocchio says Gardner "is anexample of the type of broker Cushman & Wakefield is looking toemploy and mentor." In addition to deeming him a "rising star,"Trocchio adds, "he has without a doubt proven to be the best of thebest; keeping with our company's strategic plan."
This is Gardner's third year with the firm. He left a positionas a leasing agent in Trammell Crow Company's Dallas office to joinCushman. "My goal," Gardner attests, "is to be one of the bestbrokers at this firm and in this city.
