New York's Sentinel Sells Lantana Square for $7.2 Mil

LANTANA, FL-Locally based Southeast Property Associates paid $48.88 per sf for the 147,285 sf shopping center in central Palm Beach County.

LANTANA, FL-New York-based Sentinel Real Estate Corp. has sold Lantana Square, a 147,285 sf shopping center, to locally-owned Southeast Property Associates for $7.2 million or $48.88 per sf.

The property is located at the northwest corner of Jog Road and Lantana Road in central Palm Beach County. The shopping center is currently unanchored. David J. Donnellan and William R. Strauss of CB Richard Ellis Inc.’s Investment Properties Group arranged the sale.
