DALLAS-The local office of Cushman & Wakefield has closed the sale of two properties totaling more than 120,600 sf for an undisclosed amount. The transactions involve Choyce Knedrick’s selling its 26,500-sf property at 5308 Maple Avenue, and The Home Depot’s disposition of a 94,132-sf building at another location.

The Maple Avenue structure is the former headquarters of Mapsco and has a certified appraisal value of about $1.1 million. Graham Investments subsidiary McHall Properties in Dallas is now the building’s new owner.

Little information has been released on the Home Depot property, which has been sold to Shreveport, LA-based Crenshaw Investments. The building formerly served as a lumber distribution facility, but Crenshaw plans to use it for warehousing and distribution purposes under the name Red River.
