MINNEAPOLIS-Greiner Construction, a Minneapolis-based construction firm, has begun a major renovation project at the Pillsbury Tower in Downtown and hashired a new project superintendent. The 71,000-sf will be a build-out for new offices of Ernst & Young.

The renovation project is expected to be completed in February.

Greiner also recently hired Ron Grouws as a project superintendent. Grouws recently supervised the 1st Community Credit Union project, and has 29 years of experience both as a carpenter and superintendent.
