MIAMI-Tennessee-based Kendall Resort Hotel Ltd. has received a $12 million loan advance from Ocean Bank to build a hotel development at 9100 N. Kendall Dr., according to Michael Y. Cannon, managing director of Integra Realty Resources. The number of rooms weren’t disclosed.

The site, which is owned by Sundale Ltd., headed by Philip Scutieri Jr., trustee, is adjacent to the Sunrise Convalescent Home and Baptist Hospital.

The land area totals up to 21.9 acres and has an assessed value of $4.39 million. Crossroads Hospitality will manage the hotel.
