In the largest of the two deals, fast-growing transportation andlogistics firm Griley Freightlines signed a 10-year lease for103,185 sf of space at Watson Industrial Center South. The pact isvalued at $6 million.

The 350-acre, master-planned industrial park is bounded byWilmington Avenue, Sepulveda and Avalon boulevards and 223rdStreet. It is owned by privately held Watson Land Co., the county'slargest developer of industrial space.

Griley Freightlines will use the building as its newheadquarters. Don Smith of Lee & Associates represented Grileyin the transaction, while Watson was represented in-house by KirkJohnson and Lance Ryan.
