Aspen Technology Subleases More Space at Ashford V

HOUSTON-Aspen Technology has subleased another 10,170 sf at Ashford V at 14701 St. Mary’s Lane in West Houston. Berg-Oliver Associates is prepping to move into the spot.

The office building is located near the intersection of US Highway 10 and Dairy Ashford Road. The signing marks the third sublease agreement Aspen Technology closed this year for office space at Ashford V.

Bard Marnitz of the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial represented Berg-Oliver in the negotiations. Elliott Hirsfeld of Trammell Crow Co.’s Houston office negotiated the deal for Aspen Technology.

In March, Aspen Technology sublet 8,235 sf to Global Project Consultants at the location. A month earlier, MEI Consultants Inc. signed a deal for 17,187 sf at Ashford V. Aspen Technology is a Cambridge, MA-based e-business solutions provider. Aspen also has spots at West Houston’s Eldridge Parkway and Northchase Drive in the Greenspoint area.
