Bard Marnitz of the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercialrepresented Berg-Oliver in the negotiations. Elliott Hirsfeld ofTrammell Crow Co.'s Houston office negotiated the deal for AspenTechnology.
In March, Aspen Technology sublet 8,235 sf to Global ProjectConsultants at the location. A month earlier, MEI Consultants Inc.signed a deal for 17,187 sf at Ashford V. Aspen Technology is aCambridge, MA-based e-business solutions provider. Aspen also hasspots at West Houston's Eldridge Parkway and Northchase Drive inthe Greenspoint area.
