Burke has completed four office-industrial buildings totaling163,000 sf on the site, just east of Interstate 35 on Round Rock'snorth side. With the additional acreage, the development now has118 acres.

Casey Borgers and Jerry Heare, industrial specialists withNAI/Commercial Industrial Properties Co., represented Burke in theland buy. They also represent Burke in leasing the property and sayactive negotiations are ongoing. The buildings, which can be rentedor bought, feature a flex design suitable for multiple tenants orheld intact for a single occupant. Formerly known as the OakmontCenter, the development's neighbors are Cypress Semiconductor,Abbot Labs, Tyco, Tellabs, Teco Westinghouse and WeedInstruments.
