The first location is a 12,000-sf space at 901 Hadley Rd. inSouth Plainfield, a 60,000-sf recently renovated industrialbuilding with a technology-based infrastructure. The space isavailable at a below-market rate, according to the firm's DavidZimmel, and "is divisible into units of 5,000, 6,000 or 7,000 sf.It is fully set up with high-speed Internet lines," he continues,"and is an excellent opportunity for a stock brokeragecompany."

The second is a 15,000-sf freestanding building in Branchburg,Somerset County. Zimmel calls it a "high-tech building" and notesthat it offers a combination of 9,000 sf of office space and 6,000sf of warehouse space.

The third location is the Somerset Executive Square in Somerset,where the firm is marketing a 20,000-sf block of space, divisibleinto units as small as 1,800 sf. The complex consists of twofour-story buildings in a campus setting near I-287.
