The signing of Priority Fulfillment Services Inc. keeps thebuilding at 91% occupancy. To date this year, Atrium tenantsoverall have renewed more than 100,000 sf in the structure,positioned at 500 N. Central Expressway. The Shidler holding,bought in 1999 and built in the mid-1980s, is commanding a $24 persf, full-service rate.
