Williams joined Edens & Avant's retail leasing group in1998. Before that she headed Carolyn Williams & Co., where shewas tenant representative for Winn-Dixie stores in eastern NorthCarolina and Virginia. William also worked as The Paragon Group'svice president and director of leasing, overseeing more than 1.7million sf of retail space in North Carolina, Virginia, SouthCarolina and Georgia.
Columbia, SC-based Edens & Avant owns and manages more than250 shopping centers in 19 states. In the Charlotte area, thecompany is involved in the expansion of Kenilworth Commons inDilworth and the planned expansion of Mountain Island Marketplaceon Charlotte's north side.
