The so-called Seventh Avenue Medical Plaza would sit on thenortheast corner of the intersection of Seventh Avenue andSouthwest Baseline Street, according to documents filed with thecity. A sky bridge would connect the second story to the existingmain hospital. A parking lot would replace the existing Wells Fargobank building on Baseline.
The top two floors would be leased to doctors serving thecommunity. The middle two floors would house hospital-relatedservices, and the street level would include parking and retailspace. The planning commission is expected to review the proposalon Jan. 9. Construction is slated to commence next spring and last15 months.
