Julie Mitchell will prepare subcontractor contracts, issuechange orders, track submittals, maintain project files and closeout completed project as part of her duties at the San Diego-basedconstruction firm. She initially joined Keeton in 1998 as areceptionist. She returned to the company to take the new positionafter a stint as office manager for Lake Havasu-based 7 StarConstruction.

Meanwhile, Steve Lower has joined the construction firm assuperintendent, according to company President Bruce G. Keeton.Lower will oversee the daily operation of projects, communicatingwith the project manager, client, construction manager andsubcontractors.

Most recently, he served on the project team for Keeton's $25million, 410,000-sf build-to-suit facility for The Scott Company inTemecula. It's the largest industrial project of the past decade insouthwestern Riverside County.
