This recent contract involves 10 of The Irvine Co.'s buildings,including the 1.6-million-sf Jamboree Center in Irvine, the814,000-sf Westwood Gateway in West LA, the 748,000-sf Fox Plaza inCentury City and the 333,000-sf La Jolla Gateway in San Diego.

Insignia is one of only three companies to provide The IrvineCo. with office and industrial management and limited leasingservices in Orange County, Silicon Valley and San Diego. Servicesalso include construction management, horticulture services, tenantmarketing, engineering and roof management.

This latest contract has cemented Insignia's dominant managementposition in Orange County, as it now manages 21 million sf ofcommercial space here. It has also catapulted Insignia into thenumber two slot for property management in Los Angeles County, asthe company now manages 10.4 million sf there.
