The 246,825-sf mixed-use complex contains 65% office product and35% industrial and R&D space. The 20 buildings that comprisethe Laguna Niguel property range in size from 2,900 sf to 38,000sf. Half of the complex's facilities fall in the range of 2,900 sfto 5,307 sf, while the other buildings are between 10,000 sf and38,000 sf.

Rob Socci, Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit CommercialBrokerage's Anaheim office acted on behalf of Voit Development Co.The brokerage team also represented the seller, BirtcherNiguel.

Voit Development Co. plans to put the 20 properties up for saleindividually, according to Brian Malliet, the company's vicepresident. The buildings will be offered to both investors andusers.
