The spaces currently available have been open for about twomonths. Dettleff tells GlobeSt.Com that owner, Asset Capital Corp.,is "willing to be flexible with some of the spaces in thebuilding." Dettleff explains, "some tenants want to increase theirspace and some want to condense, so eventually, there will be moreopportunity at those buildings." Much of the available space is"turnkey" office space and ready for immediate use.
