AT&T secured space previously occupied by Telamon Corp., atelecommunications operation. Telamon relinquished the 1000 ShilohRd. space in Building A after classifying it as "surplus." Telamonalso occupies space in a nearby Shiloh Road building. Interiorbuild-out reworked the design to provide 5,900 sf of office spaceand the balance, warehouse.
Cabot, now a holding of CalWest, owns two of four buildings inthe complex. The other building is fully leased to Alcatel.
