AT&T Lease Keeps Building at 100% Occupancy

PLANO, TX-AT&T Wireless, in an early move-in agreement, has settled into 31,840 sf of office-warehouse space along Shiloh Road in Plano. The signing keeps the 76,320-sf building at full occupancy.

“It was a win-win for everyone,” Jean Russo of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc.’s Dallas office tells GlobeSt.com. She represented building owner, Cabot Industrial Properties, and Rich Nash of CB Richard Ellis’ Dallas team handled talks for the tenant.

AT&T secured space previously occupied by Telamon Corp., a telecommunications operation. Telamon relinquished the 1000 Shiloh Rd. space in Building A after classifying it as “surplus.” Telamon also occupies space in a nearby Shiloh Road building. Interior build-out reworked the design to provide 5,900 sf of office space and the balance, warehouse.

Cabot, now a holding of CalWest, owns two of four buildings in the complex. The other building is fully leased to Alcatel.
