The 18,050-sf structure stands at 3445 Kashiwa St. It wasacquired by IESCO Inc., a privately held firm that providestechnical services to petroleum and petrochemical companies as wellas to other involved in the energy business.
The property was sold by Topwin Corp., a manufacturing anddistribution company based in Tokyo. IESCO has already begun movinginto the building from its longtime headquarters in another part ofSan Pedro.
