Gold had joined Koontz-McCombs, the real estate partnership ofBart Koontz and Red McCombs, in August 2000. Besides managing theKoontz-McCombs properties, he and his team continued to handlethird-party properties. Gold and Koontz-McCombs had an amicableparting when Koontz-McCombs decided to bring the propertymanagement duties in house.
Among those joining Gold at REOC are Brian Harris, James Ploetz,Kim Gatley, Megan K. Riley, Sam Augustin and Debbie Madden. Theirnew offices are at Lincoln Center, 700 Interstate 10.
