MIE Completes 1st Phase of 300,000-SF Project

WESTMINSTER, CO-MIE Properties has completed the first phase of Walnut CreekBusiness Park, a nine-building campus occupying 300,000 sf at W. 108th Ave. and Wadsworth Pkwy. The first three completed flex/office-warehouse buildings, designed by the Sholar Group, combine for 99,000 sf.

The 39-acre Walnut Creek Business Park comprises flex/ office-warehouse buildings. Tenant sizes range from 1,800 sf to 34,080 sf of space provide businesses high-utility space in a covenant-protected atmosphere.
