Bill Smith comes to Noble House from Silversea Cruises where heheld the position of president and chief operating officer for thelast six and a half years. Smith joined Silversea in 1995 duringits developmental stages and guided the company on a course ofexpansion. Under his direction the company grew from a two- tofour-ship fleet, and garnered an unprecedented six consecutive"World's Best Awards" from Conde Nast Traveler, including two timesbeing named the numberone travel experience among the world's Top100.

Smith's more than 20 years experience in the travel industryincludes executive positions at Costa, Commodore, Princess andSitmar cruise lines. He has also held senior sales and marketingpositions for Eastern and Braniff airlines.
