Salon Signs Five-Year Deal for Shoppes at Hunter's Creek

ORLANDO-A styling and coloring salon tickets Orlando as part of a statewide rollout. A five-year lease for the Shoppes at Hunter's Creek takes effect in March 2002. In the next decade, the company wants to have 10,000 salons worldwide.

ORLANDO-Ft. Lauderdale-based haircolorxpress International LLC is expanding all over Florida, including Orlando. The company has signed a five-year lease for about 1,500 sf at the Shoppes at Hunter’s Creek. The salon will open in March 2002.

“We’ve received tremendous response to our business concept from clients at our three South Florida locations as well as from prospective franchisees throughout the country,” said Larry Feldman, haircolorxpress CEO. The company is aggressively rolling out salons via a franchise program. The hair color and custom cosmetics chain plans to have 10,000 salons operating worldwide by the end of the decade.
