WEST PALM BEACH, FL-Penngar Ltd., a local real estate management firm, has sold the 14-story, 93,000-sf Harvey Building to David Associates, another real estate management firm in Palm Beach County, for $7.25 million or $77.96 per sf.

The Harvey Building, located at 224 Datura St., is a West Palm Beach landmark built in 1925. It is one of the most recognizable on the West Palm Beach skyline. Because of its proximity to the courthouse, it boasts a roster of more than 100 tenants that include numerous law firms as well as brokerages and other professional services’ companies. Jack Lupo Realty represented Penngar Ltd., which owns numerous properties in the county, in the sale.
