All of CSM's Residence Inns and SpringHill Suites are higherthan 90% in guest satisfaction scores and rank in the top 10%. Inaddition, CSM's TownePlace Suites, Eden Prairie, MN has wonMarriott's "Hotel of the Year" for 1998 and 1999. In 1998, CSMreceived Marriott's Construction Excellence award and has beeninstrumental in building and implementing a new prototype forCourtyard by Marriott hotels.
