Kyle Kellyand Drew Morris, both of Trione & Gordon ONCOR International,negotiated for Macro Enterprises, which assigned its lease toSantos. Doug Knaus represented the building owner, WestchaseDevelopment Venture in the lease structuring.

Gyorgy tells GlobeSt.com that a shift in company culture broughtthe firm to the class A, six-story, 184,259-sf office building onRichmond. The building is currently 84% occupied. Gyorgy says newlyappointed Santos USA president, Kathleen Hogenson, liked the waterwall in the lobby area of the building, the amenities, access tothe Beltway and the building's fiber optics capabilities.
