Terms of the five-year lease will provide Fiserv Inc. with27,274 sf at 20660 Bahama St. The property is inside NordhoffIndustrial Complex, a 17-building business park developed by ParkerIndustrial Properties and legendary Southland builder Ray Watt.
Wisconsin-based Fiserv works for more than 10,000 banks, creditunions, insurers and other financial-services companies around theworld.
