The Automobile Club's new acquisition stands at 14700 Hoover St.The 68,708-sf building was sold by SRG Westminster, a private realestate investment group.
SRG was represented by CB Richard Ellis brokers Ian Britton,Brad Bierbaum, Brian DeRevere and Bob Goodmanson. The buyer wasrepresented by Gary Stache and Mark Larson, also of CB RichardEllis.
In the other transaction, OC-based real estate investment andmanagement group Abbey Co. acquired the 82,010-sf La MiradaBusiness Center. The complex stands at 14670-14770 E. FirestoneBlvd. in La Mirada.
