The first is the Fifth Avenue Building on Fifth Avenue andWashington, whichwill feature 20,000 sf of restaurants, offices anda posh condominium on thetop floor. The offices will take up floorsone through three. The condo,with its own elevator and 360-degreeview, sold for $1.2 million.

The Collegian will be a seven-story mixed-use building, Spoonsays, on Maynard Street. The first three floors will be officespace, he adds, and the top four floors will be condominiums, eightunits total. They're priced between $800,000 to $1.3 million.
