The largest deal of the duet is 4,800 sf for the 17-year-oldEsprit office building at 515 Capital of Texas Highway in thesouthern corridor. Konolle & Young, an optometrist, has signeda three-year deal for the 30,000-sf building, owned by a localpartnership. Steve McMillon, senior vice president of Kucera Co. inAustin, represented the building owner and Chris Marchbanks ofCresa Partners in Austin negotiated the pact on the tenant'sbehalf.

In a 3,100 signing, Novogradac & Co. exits the Koger centerand heads to Kaleido, an office building at 9390 Research Blvd. inthe northwest submarket. The four-year lease takes the 72,000-sfbuilding to 99% occupancy, McMillon tells GlobeSt.com. McMillonhandled the deal for the tenant and Renee Hicks of NAI CommercialIndustrial Properties represented Powerquest, a high-tech firm, theprior occupant. The 16-year-old building is owned by an overseaspartnership.
