Fletcher Bright Co., of Chattanooga, TN is the seller anddeveloper of the retail site.Barry Lazarus, Inland Retail'spresident, Lou Quilici, vice president of acquisitions and outsidecounsel Charles Benvenuto negotiated the transaction. FletcherBright represented his company in the talks.

The 27.9-acre Anderson Central center is fully leased. It isanchored by a 183,211-sf Super Wal-Mart. Other tenants includeRadioShack, Dollar Tree, H&R Block, Sally Beauty Supply and aBlockbuster video store.

"We were attracted to the area because of its diverse backgroundwhich includes business, industry and more than 200 manufacturingfirms and seven colleges," Lazarus said in a written statement.
