Construction Under Way at $40 Mil Condo Project

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-The 25-story, 126-unit L'Ambiance Beach, located on the last available beach site, is 75% sold out.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-With 75% of the residences sold, construction has begun on L’Ambiance Beach, the $40 million, 25-story luxury condominium located on the last available beach site.

The 126-unit property is located between Commercial and Oakland Park Boulevards at 41st Street and Galt Ocean Drive, 35 miles north of Downtown Miami.

L’Ambiance Beach is the newest development of Yale Properties International and the developers of L’Hermitage, an upscale condominium community located at the southern end of Galt Ocean Drive.

L’Ambiance units range from 1,836 sf to 2,823 sf, and several penthouses up to 4,900 sf. They are priced from $500,000 to $1.8 million and will bring in $80 million at sellout, according to spokesman Morris Richter.
