In another Grubb & Ellis brokered deal, San Marcos NeurologyAssociates has taken 1,000 sf of office space at Starcrest Village,located at 2379 NE Loop 410. The firm moves in Jan. 1 in afive-year deal negotiated on its behalf by Steve Thurlow ofDowntown Real Estate. Ben Gallagher of Grubb & Ellisrepresented the building owner, Trend Land Development. The signingtakes the estimated 20,000-sf, 26-year-old office building to 65%occupancy.
