Terms of the $1.6-million, three-year lease will provide SanDiego-based ARS National Services Inc. with 12,600 sf at 10801Sixth St. The building is inside California Tech Center, a businesscomplex owned by Larkspur-based F&F Simon Ranch Tech LLC.
ARS National Services specializes in credit card recoveryaccounts. As many as 230 people will work at the new call centerwhen in hits full speed next year, says Jason Howerton, thecompany's COO.
The center will handle recovery calls for more than 10 largecreditors, Howerton adds. Several employees at the center will earnmore than $50,000 a year in salary and commissions, based on theamount of money they are able to collect from delinquentborrowers.
