Renovations to convert the closed theater into a store andwarehouse will be done in first quarter 2002. The 26,061-sf theateris part of Bell Tower Village, a community shopping center carryinga furniture and home accessory tenant mix. The tenant rosterincludes a just re-opened Krause's Custom Crafted Furniture,Metropolitan Mattress and All-Wood Furniture.
Cliff Johnston, associate director for Insignia/ESG's Phoenixoffice, handled talks for the Florida-based building owner, LeisureColony Management Corp. The Insignia team also shored up talks foranother 5,500 sf at Bell Tower Village, situated at 4925 W. BellRd. in Phoenix. A RE/MAX office will move into 3,000 sf andJacqueline's Bridal and Tuxedo, 2,500 sf.
