UCC Total Home, a buyers club, has signed a 4,904-sf, long-termlease for 12667 Silicon Dr. in the northwest submarket. Joe Carrollof the San Antonio team for Grubb & Ellis Co. closed the dealfor the building owner, Primera Partners of San Antonio. DavidDallard, also of Grubb & Ellis, negotiated for the tenant.
Carroll tells GlobeSt.com that the closing also closes the bookson his leasing duties for the property. Primera acquired theholding in late summer from Principal Financial Group of DesMoines, IA and will now assume the leasing task. There is 5,000 sfvacant in the 18-year-old park, according to Carroll.
